The Chocolate Melting Machine Details:
Chocolate Melting Machine can be used for melting cocoa butter and delivering the liquor into the chocolate refinerand conche when equipped with chocolate delivery pump and flow meter. This chocolate melting machine series haselectric heating and automatic temperature control.
The main material of chocolate is cocoa butter, and it is usually in solid.Before the chocolate material is put into the refiner/conche,the melting process is needed.Further more the cocoa butter melting tank can extend the life of refiner/conche.
The Cocoa butter melting tank is water jacket , The jacket tank and cover are in stainless steel 304.It is heated by electrical immersion heater. Parameter Datas of Chocolate Melting Machine:
